Frank Petitti

Before moving to South Florida in 1997, Frank lived in Michigan, where he was raised. He attended Michigan State University graduating with a Finance/Insurance degree. Frank began his Golf career in the early 90s and has been a Class A Member of the PGA of America for over 20 years. Frank became Head Golf Professional at PGA National Golf Club in 1997 where he worked for 8 years creating unforgettable golf experiences for all members and guests. For the past 11 years, Frank held the position of Director of Golf & Amenities at Frenchman’s Reserve in Palm Beach Gardens as well as serving as their Interim General Manager from 2014-2015. Frank brings with him a wealth of club knowledge, high energy and a leadership style that will be welcomed by the staff and members alike.

Originally from a small town in Western Massachusetts, Andy has spent the past 20 years in the hospitality industry; the last 16 of those in private country clubs. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Andy has held leadership positions at clubs throughout the Southeast including; the Cherokee Town & Country Club in Atlanta, Georgia, the Standard Club in Duluth, Georgia, and the University Club in Memphis, Tennessee. In 2010 Andy was asked by the Board of Directors at the University Club to take over as their General Manager, a position he held for the next 5.5 years. Andy joined Toll Brothers in the fall of 2016, bringing with him a wealth of culinary knowledge and club management experience.



Marty Fuhrman

Marty was born and raised in South Florida and has been in the “green” industry since 1991; most recently as the Regional Controller of a national commercial landscaping company. Prior to this, she spent 16 years as Controller with DeerCreek Golf Club and Carolina Golf Properties. She is a proud Gator Alumni graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Happily married with two beautiful daughters, Marty enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends. She brings with her an extensive amount of knowledge and experience and is excited to join the team at Parkland Golf and Country Club.

Allie is a Florida native, born and raised in sunny Fort Lauderdale. Allie comes to us from ClubLink US Corporation where she spent three years working in a variety of areas. Her roles included Member Services Supervisor overseeing a membership of nearly 5,000 members, operating as Sales & Marketing account manager for 7 golf courses, and most recently running the Food and Beverage Events for two clubs. Her passion for customer service, creative mindset and attention to detail makes her the perfect fit to oversee Membership, Marketing, and Communication at our Club. Allie is an avid runner completing over a dozen half marathons and happily lives jogging distance to the beach with her rescue dog, Bean.

Lance McAllister

Originally from Maine, Lance and his family have lived in South Florida since 1995. Over the past 21 years, he has been a golf professional at Broken Sound Club, Boca Grove and most recently was Director of Golf at Mizner Country Club. In 2009 he was named the South Florida Section PGA Assistant Professional of the year. He has also been active in the PGA of America, serving as Southeast Chapter PGA Secretary from 2012-2014, serving on the Tournament and Awards committees since from 2007-2014 and was a member of the Presidents Council for growing the game from 2009-2012. Lance looks forward to making sure that every member has more fun, with more friends, playing better golf more often.



 



Jason Bailey

Growing up in Pinehurst, North Carolina, Jason was destined to be in the golf business from an early age. Jason graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Agronomy. In 2003 Jason became the Golf Course Superintendent at The Polo Club of Boca Raton before moving to the Caribbean. After eight years at Provo Golf Club in the Turks & Caicos Islands, Jason moved back to the states to renovate Melreese Country Club in Miami. Jason brings over 24 years of experience in golf maintenance with extensive knowledge in renovation work and planning to Parkland Golf & Country Club. He is a GCSAA Class A Superintendent and takes pride in giving members an enjoyable golfing experience each and every time they play.

Heinrich Zondagh

Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Heinrich’s early career includes Mugg & Bean & Admirals Cove Country Club. Heinrich moved to the United States in 2005 and joined the Toll Brothers team at Frenchman's Reserve Country Club. In 2008 he assisted with the opening of the Sports Club & Palestra at Jupiter Country Club & then returned to Frenchman’s Reserve Country Club to assist with opening “Parc” in 2010. In 2012 Heinrich moved to New Jersey & brought his Food & Beverage expertise to Spring Lake Golf Club. In May 2013 Heinrich joined the Parkland Golf and Country Club team as the Food and Beverage Director. 



Tara Horner

Tara began her event planning career in 1990 at Fisher Island, a private club located in Miami Beach. From there, she has worked for ME Productions and has served as the Catering Director for the Tower Club, a prestigious private club in downtown Fort Lauderdale. In 2009, she joined 'Perfect Wedding Planning' and brings an extensive amount of knowledge, skills and experience to the Parkland team!  Tara's honors include American Cancer Society's 'Women of the Year' (2004), one of 'Fort Lauderdale's Finest Singles' by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (2005) and an honoree for 'Man and Woman of the Year' by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (2008).

Edyie Harris

Edyie is a certified Personal Training Specialist and graduated from The Fitness Institute International in 1997 and specializes in Functional Training. She is certified by both The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Her passion is helping others pursue a healthy, active lifestyle, safely. Over the years, Edyie has helped young athletes, baby boomers and seniors reach their health and fitness goals by emphasizing proper form and technique while training in the gym. She takes great pride in designing custom workouts to suit each individual’s needs and has worked with many special populations, including clients resuming exercise following surgery, rehabilitation or extended illness. Although Edyie has experience in corporate wellness and has designed group exercise programs for the cities of Coral Springs and Plantation, her greatest desire is to help one person at a time reach their full potential to lead the healthiest life possible. 



Keith Kovach

Originally from New Jersey, Keith moved to South Florida to play in a variety of competitive tennis tournaments. He maintained a Top 10 ranking in his division, topping it off with a No. 1 ranking in the men's 35s doubles division of the United States Professional Tennis Association. He has spent the last 10 years of his career focused on bringing good doubles to club players. Keith comes Parkland after one and a half years at Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton. Previously he was the Tennis Director at Boca Woods Country Club in west Boca Raton for 20 years. 







Erin Dougherty

Prior to joining Toll Brothers Erin’s club experience includes General Manager positions at the venerable Dominion Country Club, 21 year home of the SBC Senior PGA Tour Championship, the prestigious Indian Wells Country Club, former home to the PGA Tour, Bob Hope Chrysler Classic and as opening General Manager of the exclusive Stone Eagle Club in Palm Desert California. Erin’s professional resume also includes management positions with Four Seasons and Omni hotels in South Florida as well as Resort properties in Colorado and the US Virgin Islands. Erin attended Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Marketing.
