At Parkland Golf & Country Club, we understand that health & wellness should be about enjoyable activities & empowerment. Our hope is to help you live well. 

Our 3,300 sq. ft. Fitness Center features rubber flooring throughout the entire gym, a wide variety of brand new Life Fitness Cardio Machines, stretching area, larger free weight & strength area and towel station. In addition to the expansion, the Fitness Center now offers extended hours of operation and a variety of Fitness Classes throughout the week.

Guest Fees

Guests will be charged $10 per day plus applicable fitness class fees.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. No refunds will be given if canceled within the 24 hour window

      Edyie is a certified Personal Training Specialist and graduated from The Fitness Institute International in 1997 and specializes in Functional Training.   • Dorron Blumberg

      Dorron’s sporting career and life led him to pursue his bachelor’s degree from in Exercise Science and Health Promotion and his Master’s Degree in Sport & Performance Psychology. Along with his degrees, he received a variety of certifications. Dorron believes that with the right mindset, attitude, focus, and discipline your health and fitness goals will be accomplished!

  • Paulette Quinones-Miranda

      Paulette is a personal trainer/fitness instructor certified by the National Council on Strength and Fitness since 2007, certify Boxing Fitness Trainer by the Boxing Fitness Institute, certified kick boxing Instructor by AFAA and BodyShred. In addition, she also has a bachelor’s degree of Science and a Master’s degree in education.

      Mitchell Dworet is a Certified Personal Trainer with National Council of Strength and Fitness, Cycle Instructor with Schwinn, Group Training Instructor. He is a competitive master runner, obstacle course racer who has top place finishes.

      Lens is an energetic and fun individual, with a passion for fitness and people. He studied exercise science at Florida Atlantic University and has been in the fitness industry for over 7 years. Lens is certified through the International Sports Science Association. He is available for group or personal training sessions.

      Patrick working professionally in the fitness industry for over 20 years. In 2009, Patrick was featured in Boca Life magazine for his work with overweight children. He is an avid golfer who enjoys helping clients improve their game by using safe and proven techniques, focused on core strength, and flexibility.
