Frequently Asked Catering Questions
Is the venue available for exclusive use/how many weddings do you book at one time? One wedding per day, provided you meet our F&B minimum.
Do you have Food and Beverage minimums? Yes, Saturday $18,000, Friday’s $15,000 and $12,000 Sunday’s.
What Times are available? Depending on the time of year, your package pricing begins at cocktail hour for five (5) hours; this doesn’t include your ceremony.
Can we extend our hours? Yes, you can extend at $1,000 per hour, this doesn’t include any F&B Services. We can remain open until 2:00 am.
Can we bring our own Catering? Parkland allows outside catering on a case by case basis for Kosher and Indian Cuisine only. Vendors must be chosen from our preferred vendor list only. All other food and beverage must be provided by Parkland Golf and Country Club. Special Dietary needs: Parkland will provide for specific dietary needs with 7-days’ notice (i.e., Vegetarian, Vegan, Kosher, etc.)
Can we bring our own Liquor or Wine? NO outside liquor can be brought on the property. Wine is allowed and will incur a corkage fee of $25.00++ per bottle opened.
Can we bring our own Cake? Parkland’s Packages included a special wedding cake, provided by outside bakeries.
Does Parkland have a Bridal Suite for me to get ready before my ceremony? Our Private Dining Room is utilized as a Bridal Suite for you and your bridal party before the ceremony at no additional charge. Refreshments are included as part of your package. (No grooms suite available.)
Does Parkland have space for an outdoor ceremony? Yes, we provide White folding chairs and a back-up in case of inclement weather.
What is the capacity of your ballroom? 200 people with a 21x 21 Dancefloor
Am I required to have a coordinator for my rehearsal and ceremony? Parkland will provide you with coordination for your wedding rehearsal and wedding this is included in your Ceremony and Day of Coordination charge. (this fee will remain the same if you hire an outside planner).
Does Parkland provide additional Planning Services? Planning Services are available at an additional cost.
Does Parkland provide any décor? Your package does provide you with your choice of specialty linens, napkins, gold Chivari chairs, and chargers.
What additional vendors do I need to book for my wedding? You are responsible for scheduling the Florist, DJ/Band, Cake, Photographer/Videographer, photo booth and Officiate.
Am I allowed to book any vendor of my choosing? Parkland has a wide selection on our preferred vendor list that we strongly recommend you use. However, you may select a vendor not on our list, but they must be approved by Parkland Golf and Country Club before their arrival on property. A COI MUST be provided to Parkland with our parent companies, the information listed on the form. Also, our vendor policy must be signed. Note an outside vendor fee will be assessed at $250.00 per vendor
What do I need to do to secure/confirm a date? Parkland requires a formal BEO and Event contract to be signed with a non-refundable deposit of $5,000.
