BJ began his career in the private club industry at The Sanctuary Golf Club in Sanibel Island. During his 12 year tenure there, he learned all the finer points of service excellence and how to lead a team of individuals with various backgrounds and ages to leverage their best qualities for Member satisfaction. Throughout his career, BJ has served in many roles at various clubs, including multiple management roles. He is excited by the opportunity to lead the Food & Beverage team at Parkland Golf & Country Club & believes that they can create a wonderful club for anyone that wants to enjoy their member experience to the fullest.
Fancesca is an esteemed Food & Beverage Manager with a passion for creating delightful dining experiences. She was born and raised in Boston and moved to Florida several years ago to continue her career in Hospitality. Fancesca's background in culinary arts and dedication to exceptional service make her an invaluable asset. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling & exploring new cuisines.
Although originally from Savannah, GA, Jalisa has lived in South Florida for the majority of her life. She comes to Parkland Golf & Country Club with over 8 years' experience in the Food & Beverage industry. In 2022, she became a new mother and decided to further her education in Hospitality to be able to grow in her career.
Originally from England, Troy brings a wealth of experience and sophistication to our team, having cultivated his skills in the realm of luxury hospitality, with a notable background in renowned establishments such as the Four Seasons. Troy loves playing tennis, kicking back with a glass of Bordeaux & spending time with his family in his spare time.
